We carry out custom work on the basis of your drawings or numeric files. We also offer a reverse engineering service for new or damaged parts even if the plans are no longer available. We can therefore respond to your equipment maintenance problems with great reactivity.

Our machines

MASSIN Technologies today has at its disposal several machines with the latest tooling equipment in order to best meet your needs.

Other equipment

We also have machine tools at our disposal for carrying out various services, drilling, tapping, keyways, grinding, tap disintegration, etc. for the finishing of high-precision parts.

Quality control

Demanding on quality, we have all the necessary tools (Faro measuring arm, measuring column, three-dimensional machine, etc.) in order to control the conformity of parts made during manufacture and before shipment.

Milling

Our CNC milling machines with 3 to 5 continuous and traditional axes allow us to produce complex parts up to Length.8000mm, Width.2000mm and Height.2500mm.

CAM stations

We are equipped with CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) stations for programming our numerically controlled machines, SolidWorks/SolidCam and MasterCam allowing us to produce the most complex parts in a short time.
